Beautiful photograph. Thanks for sharing. Hope you don't mind me dropping in.I found your blog through the 'Writing' tab on my profile, as I'm a writer, also.
All the "Wordless" photos are so beautiful, San. K/I actually have an appreciation for going to grave sites from every once in a while. Not for anything cooky, but merely for: A) Kevin's logical/analitical appreciation of viewing the dates & such. And B) The purpose of going to a place on earth that that is a serene reminder of our eternal life with God beyond this earth. Can one blame us for seeking such moments in this crowded, distracted, busy land? Call it worshipping God & being "still"--just in a different place than the "norm" for most.-JKH
Welcome! ASPIRE started as an acrostic for Adoption, Sexual Intimacy, Pregnancy Loss, Infertility, Reproductive Technologies, and Ethics. They are the topics on which I have done the most research and writing—both fiction and nonfiction—but they're just a sampling of the many subjects you'll find. So grab a tall mocha and stay awhile. I'm glad you're here.
I know some very great writers, writers you love who write beautifully and have made a great deal of money, and not one of them sits down routinely feeling wildly enthusiastic and confident. Not one of them writes elegant first drafts. All right, one of them does, but we do not like her very much. We do not think that she has a rich inner life or that God likes her or can even stand her. —Anne Lamott, Bird by Bird
For Christians, whose largest investment is in the invisible, imagination is indispensable. –Eugene Peterson, Under the Unpredictable Plant
