I received a message from Amazon.com telling me that we had a balance of $10.36 in our account, thanks to people using the link on my blog to purchase Amazon books. A portion of all sales that comes through that link benefits our Kenya work. It costs you nothing and it costs us nothing. But we still get something.So...I went to purchase the Swahili/English Dictionary and Phrasebook to give to one of the nationals, and guess how much it cost with shipping? Yeah, $10.36.

I am smiling too. It was fun recently to purchase 11 copies of Leigh McLeroy's Treasured: Knowing God by the Things He Keeps from Amazon through your link. I surprised all my Idylwood Book Club friends with them as gifts when Leigh came to join our discussion of Wendell Berry's Jayber Crow. Now there is an author you must read whenever you finish your mandatory list.
